Pretty much!✌️ I see so many girls say ‘fitness and health is my life’ but then cram down processed junk food/alcohol/fizzy food day in day out, every single meal like the zombie apocalypse is coming! πŸ˜”πŸ˜” NO!🚫   Like you can be into the fitness side of things and love working out and busting your butt sure! I get that. πŸ‘πŸ‘ 

But you don’t love health if you’re not looking after your body properly and feeding it the fuel it wants and needs! It wants healthy nutritious natural healthy foods not processed foods that have a million ingredients, it wants foods that is an ingredient not a food that is full of them, along with preservatives!πŸ“πŸŒπŸ‡πŸ’πŸπŸ‹πŸŽπŸ‘Œ   

But I’m not saying don’t treat yourself, hell junk food tastes amazing but it’s not healthy to have it all day everyday …as a snack SURE!  Aslong as brekky, lunch & dinner is nutritious and healthy, fine but you’re not into health AT ALL if you’re not feeding your body what it really wants!  But at the same time it’s still not healthy as a snack everyday!  Because those I know who are into health and fitness remind me of that too, so I remember my body wants nutrition not satisfaction! 

And if you’re trying to lose weight - get your nutrition in line eat nutritious foods everyday and the longer you say no to junk food the easier it is! Say YES! To health and NO to junk! And your body and health will thank you! πŸ™πŸ™πŸ˜˜
